A wholly student-run publication founded in 1995, the Health Law Journal publishes two issues a year featuring discourse on both practical and theoretical issues in the field of health law and policy, biomedical ethics and medical-legal research.
Each issue features articles by the leaders in these critical topic areas. Past issues have addressed topics such as:
The journal also publishes articles written by students at the School of Law. Students are eligible for candidacy in their second year of law school. During the period of their candidacy, students participate in the editorial process and write a substantial article. Once the candidacy period is complete, student members are solely responsible for the editorial and publication process.
If you are a practitioner in the health law field or an expert in the medical profession who has produced scholarly writing on a health law topic, and would like to have your work reviewed for potential publication, please submit a copy of your article to healthlaw@quinnipiac.edu.
