The Environmental Law Society provides students with the opportunity to explore this specialized area of the law outside the classroom.

The society offers a balanced approach to environmental law with many members interested in corporate practice and others interested in public, nonprofit or government service.

The Environmental Law Society at Quinnipiac University School of Law is committed to: 

• Promoting within the law school community a knowledge of and respect for environmental issues which face society, the nation and the planet
• Providing academic and professional support to students seeking a career in environmental law
• Providing volunteer time, effort and funding to communities of Connecticut to promote environmental awareness
