The Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA) sponsors academic, cultural, social and community service activities in order to broaden understanding of the Latino community at Quinnipiac University School of Law and in the surrounding community.

The purpose of LALSA is to:

• encourage awareness of the Latino/a community among students at QUSL
• promote understanding of issues facing the Latino community
• increase familiarity of legal issues and areas of law that pertain to the community
• expand the Latino presence in both the student body and the faculty
• advance Latino/a academic success and commitment to community service
• provide our membership with mentorship and support
