The program is open to students who have satisfactorily completed one year of full-time or part-time study at an ABA accredited law school. Students from law schools other than Quinnipiac are responsible for obtaining written approval in advance from their own law schools in order to transfer credit. It is unlikely that participation in a foreign summer program may be used to accelerate graduation. Students interested in acceleration should contact their home institution to review this issue in light of ABA Standard 305.
- Download a printable application form (PDF).
- Applications must be received no later than April 2, 2009.
- There is a $40 nonrefundable application fee due at the time of application.
- Once a student is accepted, a $100 deposit will be required and will be credited toward tuition.
- Each of the four courses is a two-credit course. Tuition is $665 per credit. Students may register for two, four, or six credits.
- Students may elect to live on campus at Trinity College. We encourage students to live on campus because some of the services provided by the Accomodations Office are not made available to those who live off campus. The charge for a room on the Trinity campus will be approximately 1488 Euros for the 31 nights of the program. Students will be billed for their rooms in May 2008 according to the exchange rate in effect at that time.
- The financial aid office at the Quinnipiac School of Law school estimates that the total cost of the program including tuition for six credits, books, room and board, travel and miscellaneous expenses will be $9,036.
- The entire balance of tuition and on campus housing fees must be paid by May 31, 2009. In the event of withdrawal before May 31, all payments, except the application fee and $100 deposit, will be refunded. After May 31, courses may be dropped but no money will be refunded.
- Students from schools other than Quinnipiac who desire financial aid must apply through their home institutions.
